Hours are:
Monday - Thursday 8:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 5:00pm.
Friday 8:00am to 12:00pm.
We have staff meeting on Tuesday mornings, and will not open until
10:00am.
All of the applications will require you to provide the following:
- Picture ID for all adults
- Social Security Cards for all household members
- Birth Certificates for all children
- Documentation of all sources, and amounts of income. This
includes income for ALL household members. Documentation cannot be
more than 60 days old.
- Documentation of all assets
- Most recent three months worth of rental receipts, or a signed
lease. If living with relatives or friends, documentation from them
that you live there and what you pay them for rent and utilities if
anything.
- Most recent three months worth of utility bills, or printout from
utility company. Again, should you be living with relatives or friends documentation from them.
- If you are claiming a disability, verification of said disability.
The Richland Housing Authority is a Non-Profit agency, that administers
HUD's Section 8 Program as well as others. We are Incorporated with the State as a Politic Entity. We are not a Federal or City agency, but we do follow HUD's rules and regulations as well as the Richland Housing Authority Policy.
